There is a new way by installing a pre-card reader at ATM. The reader sits in front of the card insertion spot. Also, a micro-camera would be placed by the keyboard to record your pin. With these two info (magnetic strip code and pin), they can duplicate your card!
Maybe cash is safer...
oh my gosh, it's getting so scary to use any electronic devices!
