Actually, this is not outsourcing. It would be if a Taiwanese company sends its projects to India. This is an H-1B engineer equivalent, which brings foreign guest workers to fill business needs.

I guess the most amazing part is at the end, it says an Indian family can live on NT$3000. Isn't that less than US$100?
