EWW, don't do derm! every meddie i know thinks derm is stupid and for the (less intelligent) and lazier people. you are just gonna be treating psoriasis (i can already tell you-- coal tar, hydrocortisone, and salicylic acid). or counsel on menopausal skin changes.

the cancerous lesions you are referring to oncology and other more commons you rfer to Inf diseases.

based on pay/hr, probably dermatologist, plus you can do all the cosmetic stuff :)

No kidding. Besides pay, they make tons of money from the "dermatologist-tested" products. Something like $250 for 1 oz.
