To live by myself or get a roommate
I start to think about living situation for the upcoming school year. I am debating between living by myself or get a roommate (just one). The nice thing about living by myself is that I have more freedom in choosing when to study and where. But I don't want to become a loner... On the other hand, it's nice to have another person in the apartment/house to talk to. The problem is that I don't know anyone who is going to Albany Medical College, so I guess it's harder to find a compatible roommate. So much to think about...

hmmm, well you know me, i think as a grad student, it is nicer to live alone.
i see what you are saying about a loner, but i personally enjoy alone time (cuz i dont get enough of it) and that if i wanna hang out, i will invite people over or have everyone go out.
you can go to the alb. med site maybe there is a link to some kinda of student housing forum? im sure there are kids looking for roommate(s) as well!
hmm.. i dunno.. i heard both good things and bad things about having a roommate..
good: not alone, someone to share chores around the house, go-out buddy..etc
bad: steal/sabotage notes, dirty, steal bfs, invites odd ppl to the house.. etc
things to ponder....
I am start to lean toward living by myself just coz it might be better for my study... hmmm.... hard decision
