Lost Luggage

For my family's Vail skiing trip, Yi and I decided to fly with Frontier Airline. Well, it's cheaper than Continental Airline and the departure time is better. The flight from Houston to Denver was great, dad and mom took my snowboarding bag with them on their earlier flight with Continental. Yi had no trouble dropping off her bags after we already checked in online. The trouble started on the way back to Houston. When Yi and I went to the Denver airport trying to drop our bags, we had a hard time finding the kiosk that does that. We finally find it next to the priority member check in counter, but the kiosk was not working! This blond hair guy very rudly told Yi and I to wait for the lady at the prioirty member check in counter's help. Well, that lady only care about the priority club member that she ignored us for 10 minutes. Finally, another woman was unwillingly called over to help us. She asked for my ID and boarding pass and ask where I was going. She asked if it's ok to check both of Yi and mine snowboarding bag under my name, I guess because it's less work for her. I took the boarding pass (with baggage stickers on the back) and got on my flight to Houston. Well, Yi and I got to Houston safe and sound, but our luggages went to San Jose. Not only did the luggages went to the wrong city, it was checked in under a different passenger, too, Mr. Nelson Turner. I cannot figure out for the life of me how did my luggages that I told the woman behind the counter is going to Houston went to San Jose. I spent last night and today calling Frontier Airline, Delta Airline (Frontier Airline has no office in Houston, so Delta is responsible in Houston area), San Jose Airport and Denver airport. Everyone keeps telling me they are looking for the luggages and will get back to me soon. That's a lie, no one called me back at all. Finally, after almost 24 hours of trying, at 9pm central time, I finally find out that my luggages has made back to Houston and will probably be at my door around 11pm. This is my first time losing luggages and I do hope it's my last, too. It's just too much work to find them!
