Yogurt!

Ok, my new year resolution is to eat healthy (lots of veggie, low fat and add dairy into my diet for calcium). So far, it's been working well for me, I am better at portion my food and choose things that are good for me. I was in Whole the other day shopping for fresh fruit when I came across their yogurt section. I usually buy fat free one from the local market and never notice the regular ones. The only yogurt available in Whole Food were regular yogurt, I was checking their nutritional content when I realize for a small thing, there is 160 calories! Ok, that might not sound a lot, but if you calculated, if you eat things that are "regular", none of the low fat, fat-free stuff, you really can't eat much because you will reach the 1500/2000 calorie daily requirement really quickly! This got me thinkg, so how do regular people eat????? ......
